Marketing Internship

BorderX Lab is the creator of the Beyond Fashion and Beauty Discovery Marketplace launched in 2014. We connect Chinese shoppers to official websites of brands and merchants including Saks, Bloomingdales, Everlane, Finish Line and Alexander Wang. Through our direct partnerships with major US and European fashion + beauty brands we guarantee our users receive authentic products at authentic prices. For brands we provide a turn-key solution to China localization and logistics. BorderX Lab has offices in Silicon Valley and Shanghai.

As a Marketing Intern (20-40hrs/wk max), you will be working as a part of an in-house integrated marketing communications team, this position will focus on assisting BorderX Lab’s Marketing Team to conduct day-to-day execution of strategic online marketing plans.



  • Assist the marketing team in all aspects of marketing, including marketing research, branding, social media management and content generation, performance marketing, ASO, etc.

  • Take part in marketing campaign preparation and implementation on the mobile app and social media.

  • Generate and help publish fashion-related contents for the mobile app, WeChat, Weibo channels.

  • Identify marketing opportunities for revenue.

  • Assist creation of the the digital paid ads.


We are looking for someone who has

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written) and English.

  • Pursuing bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related majors.

  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be a plus.

  • Interest in branding projects would be a huge plus.
