Warehouse Logistics Manager

The Warehouse Logistics Manager is responsible managing third party warehousing and logistics with the key responsibility for ensuring the company’s everyday warehouse operational Logistics activities run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will responsible for the day to day logistics execution as well review, develop and implement new methods for the company’s needs while delivering best practices in third party fulfillment, warehousing, vendor selections, negotiation, and two-tier distribution for the Company.
Responsibilities

Maintains receiving, offsite warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational and personnel policies and ISO released procedures.

Ensures contracting Third Party warehouse partners maintain SLAs and SOPs as stated in contract.

Ensure compliance with specified contracts metrics, operational, and personnel activities as well as maintain high standards of operational activities.

Maintain familiarity with company's products and services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

A combination of Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business or related field with minimum of 4 years, GED or Associates Degree with 6+ years of related experience in high tech global logistics, warehouse/planning/forecasting. Cross-border e-commerce freight forwarding experience is a plus.

Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.

Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (Written and Verbal communication).

Experience in a blend of hands-on applied experience in Order Processing, warehouse operations and management, freight forwarding focusing on China.

Knowledge of Safety guidelines and laws (OSHA compliance).

Open to relocation to Portland, OR in 1-2 years.

Excellent communication skills with customers, internal stakeholders, vendors, etc.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency with MS Office Suite or Google Suite.
